Life span of alky pump?

Ok I have had my meth kit for over 2.5 years now. It's an smc trunk mount kit and I can tell it still works because when I prime it, I see the afr's drop.. but I dont see the yellow light saying it's spraying until like .5 seconds after.. I know this light is pressure triggered meaning it will light up once the pump builds a certain pressure. Reason Im concerned is I use this signal to control my ebcs and switch maps on my aem. So is the problem the pump?

Most all pumps being used the amount of time they are used "only under boost" should outlast the car. I have pumps here that are 3 years old that have been ran 24-7 30mins on 15mins off. Smc does use a differnt pump design but you should get similar lifespan.

On a trunk mount you have to charge a lot of line before pressure is built up.

Are you running a check valve or solenoid? IF you smell alky then something is releasing it into the cabin

Its a trunk mount kit... I tested it and the problem is coming from the seals. I contacted Steve at SMC and I sent it in he replaced the seals.. problem solved
