I/C low light for meth level?
I have an 05 Evo and was wondering if anyone knows what wires to tap into for the low I/C level switch. I know I dont have the sprayer but the indicator is still in the instrument cluster. My plan is to wire my low level switch for my meth kit into that light. Seems like a good idea just need to find out which wires to tap into if there are even any to tap into. Does anyone have this already or is it even possible? Any info would be great.

Thats a low light? I always thought that was an opperating light. I never had my i/c sprayer when i got the car(no pump/reservoir just nozzles still there) and whenever i push the switch that light goes on. I was thinking along the lines of building a meth kit to run off of the i/c system. Either way, if it's a low light i'd guess you can either go fom behind the cluster or into the harness by the i/c reservoir.
ignore the colors this is off another thread....i thought this might help you....looks like pins 44 and 35...i have a I/C sprayer on my car and there are to settings Auto and Manual, when its on auto the I/C light is lit up and when you do it manually all you have to do is push the switch and when using it the light is lit up...so i'm guessing that one pin is for auto and the other is for 35 but thats a guess
so maybe if you hooked up your low level indicator to that pin on the ecu when the meth level is low the indicator sends a voltage and turns the light on?

Someone break out the voltmeter and find out. However i remember reading somewhere the i/c sprayer auto feature is controled by the ecu and is based upon things such as tps and map sensor. I could be wrong though. This also sets how long it sprays. With ecuflash you can change all of this. So i plan on setting this up as a meth controller in the future.

Yes I want it to go on when the meth level is low. I will use an led if I have to but I thought this would be a better idea. I might just put an led behind that spot in place of the bulb to light the symbol.

I think the ecu supplies power to the spray pump. I think the level sensor is wired to the instrument cluster. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the cluster?
