Aquamist HFS-6 installed and running. :)
Well the red plug is lit and now I don't have the s lit on the gauge. I went to test the control box and none of the bars light up when I put it in Cal.. if I test the full injection it sprays fine. But still have intermittent s lighting up and working injection
Can you check the contacts inside the socket. Thjey should be nice and straight.
We have a few of this problem when the red harness was pushed through the bulkhead. All latest system comes with a vinyl cap to protect the tip from damaging dueing installation.
If you return the unit to me for hovwerton Engineeing in Nor cal, he has the right tool to repair it.

Well I had a buddy take a look at the connector , he works in security systems that use the same connectors and after sliding in and out a bunch a times he deemed one of the pins must have had a surface oxidation on the contact. For now its working perfectly.

The Green led on the latest HFS-6 has a newer function, it displays the raw pulse of the flow sensor. It will flash as the turbine of the flow sensor rotates. Depending on orientation of the turbine when it stops spinning, the green led could be lit or unlit.
Nothing to worry. I believe the user manual mentioned this briefly.

Today we installed my kit (6). We tested and it sprayed the water fine. I still have to tap the UIP and put the nozzles in to do a final test.
Back you my buddies, when we tested it driving down the road, his flow meter senses too low and goes into fail safe. When we got back to the house and pulled both nozzles and put them into their own water bottles and went into test for 15 seconds, both bottles filled up about an inch. I think thesystem is flowing just fine.
Any ideas on why it is doing that? Plus, since day one, his second LED bar doesn't illuminate. Bad gauge he got right out of the box.

As of yesterday it was at the 12 o'clock position. After test drive and failsafe kept coming on I adjusted it to 10-11 o'clock so it would show 6 bars at full flow. Never got to test drive it when I made the change. It's not going past 1 bar, maybe 2, but since 2nd LED doesn't light up I don't know right now. The water level light comes on and stays on while attempting these runs.

1. set the WL to fully counter-clockwise
2. set the offset trimner to +10% (second trimmer from left).
3. set FLSF SENS fully clockwise.
Let me know how you get on with these settings

Tried something almost exactly like this, minus the +10% and I actually had to adjust the SC while running pump test and now it is working perfectly. Just have to fine tune now.
