okay found out that the 2 fittings on the flow sensor ARE LEAKING a bit.. i just let it sit there a little longer on a blue shop towel and had a good puddle under it.. also noticed that the tank 90 degree fittings leaked some too.. took the line out and pushed it back in and hasnt seemed to leaked anymore but want to replace the entire line from tank to pump to HSV (just in case) so ill try that and play with SC a little more.. hopefully that solves the leaking problem

right now i have SC at 12 oclock WL all counter clockwise- WH all clockwise- trip adj to 24%idc

I really think you should get a set of comprssion fittings from howerton and rid of all the leaks first.

yep it was def that just had a buddy kind hold all the leaks in a way where it WONT leak and it shot out smoother than ever and flow meter went straight to 100%.. the tank fitting to actual pump fitting leaks as well.. can those get replaced as well?

There are replacement fittings for every thing I believe. I swapped out all of my old fittings on my HFS-1 to compression fittings. Fixed all my leaks.

I have only made 450/390 on a DJ but the guy who did my runs did not record the first two which where clean. The few next funs had horrible miss fires....so I ended up with a curves that look like an M right at peak torque. I have ordered a Spoolinup COP so it should cure the miss fires. I started out making 220 on the same dyno so I am happy with it.

Jeff can let you know what type you need. I will see if he can't chime in.

any difference between the fittings used in HE 102 than the HE 105/106 single ones..

is there a certain way to put these fittings on, like not so tight or some type of sealant on the threads? or are they just simply put on like any other regular fitting

They are very easy to put on. The only thing that I did was go heurcules on one and I seized it in place! So do not attempt to man handle them (I was tired during install). I did not need any sealant. It fixed my boost leaks and meth leaks. If you are running two jets I recommned using a T comp fitting for the split.

There are two version of compression fitting, they both performs the same. The newer version is the 105/106, depends on which one is in stock.
