HFS-5 acting weird.. any help?

hey hows it going i have the aquamist hfs5 with version 10. well the installation went fine and was able to tune the evo fine on 100% alcohol (denatured alcohol). that tune with meth ran good for a bout 5 months i recently noticed that flow meter wasnt kicking in into 100% like normal use it would just go up to one bar (i think 25%) all the way to redline.. the red "B" flashed along with the yellow LED (low water level) as soon as id go WOT...i also noticed that my afr are leaner like 12.5-13.2 and that cant be any good.. the boost level was still the same which was at 27 but turned down to about 15 just to be safe.

another note is that i noticed that the 2 wires were
kinda pinched for the HSV in engine bay so i moved it around a bit and went for a test run.. that time it went to about 60% at wot and stayed there for about 3 seconds or so after i already let off. i then turned the gauge off and back on, then tried again and it started doing the 25% (one bar) on the flow meter

someone mentioned to check the diaphram on the actual pump that it may be ripped/ leaking or something but not sure where that is.. any help on this would be appreciated much thank you

SORRY FOR CRAPPY CELL PHONE PICS :/

UPDATE: here are a few crappy pics of where my leaks were and where i moved the HSV and flow sensor to for a more stealthy and cleaner look imo

the pumps leak when using 100% meth. another thing to check is all the connections and make they are good...cause the new ones might not be compatible with 100% meth.

also check the flow sensor and see if it is leaking....mainly just check for leaks.

1st of all you dont want the flow sensor near heat at all....needs to be taken out of the engine bay and put behind the dash or something....heat is bad for the flow sensor...and it looks like you are missing some wires on the DDS3....ill need to find some pics to put up...you need to have map switching enabled so your car will run with an ECU failsafe...ie...cut boost when flow is low...

maybe some other ppl can chime in.

It looks like the hose between the HSV and the flow sensor is slightly stressed. The black capped fittng is prone to leaking if the hose is not square or straight.

Ww stop using quick-fit fitting niow, replace by all metal compression fittings.

They are available from Jeff at www.howertonengineering.com. Reasonably priced.

pull out the jets from your ic pipes or where ever. Manually trigger the system and check to make sure it is flowing. If it is you can check to see if it is flowing the proper amount of fluid and that it is reacting properly. If you have a leak that is difficult to find. Wrap the connections with a little bit of paper towel away from heat. This way you can tell if they have gotten wet. My pump was leaking off the connections and it was still able to pump just fine I would run out very fast though. Also double check your wiring make sure nothing is getting wet or grounded, etc.

Definitely check the pump as well. If you take it apart use some 100% silicon sealant around the top where it reconnects to prevent leaks.

I mentioned testing the jets so that you could see if the HSV and other components were actually pushing fluid. I think that the HSV is the best place to start,
