Hi all, I have an issue with my HFS5 setup using the mach valve for the failsafe. The problem is the boost I will not revert to the wastegate 15-16 psi when the aquamist is off. First test was to connect the wastegate directly to the compressor vacuum outlet to confirm my wastegate boost pressure which i manged to get the 16psi. 2nd test was to connect the hallman pro boost controller alone and unscrew it completely. This gave me 20 psi . When I implement the mac valve, the boost stays at 20psi even when the aquamist is off. Shouldnt it bypass the boost controller and revert to the 16 psi? Any help would b greatly appreciated

1. What version of DDS3
2. Post a wiring diagram
3, Is the hallman boost controller a manual or electronic type?

I believe the connection to the I/O ports may have been incorrect. I

 

Believe it or not I just switched out the WGA and it started working properly . Thanks anyways guys!

 

How do you switch out the WGA? Anyway, it is good news.

 

Sorry meant that I switched from an Evo7 to an Evo8 wastegate. The Evo7 WGA was dead
