In this case, I don't think you need double pulsing. At 60-63%, the meths should be flowing quite well. Judging from rpm where the max torque is developed, you must be getting quite a bit of power there already, perhaps more jets? The HFS-5 can easily suppy in excess of 1200cc/min of meth.

Fuel: 1030cc/min at 100%dc = 4120cc/min

Methanol (100%) @ 25% M/F ratio : you can spray from to 822cc - 1030cc/min.
