SMC support?

Has anyone that uses the SMC meth kit been successful with contacting anyone that can provide any kind of customer support for it? I'm pretty much at my wit's end trying to get some info on my kit. I have two failed pumps (one bought off eBay recently that was supposedly never installed) and would like to get some info.

The alternative would be to just get another kit altogether. Anyone know of a plug and play replacement pump that would be compatible with the existing kit? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I can tell you that ive been with Aquamist for over a year and NEVER had any problems with the pump. I would recomend them if anything.

Many years ago when I ran an SMC kit I had no issues contacting them and even getting it serviced.

With that said I am not sure if they are even making the kits anymore? I haven't looked in a couple years nor have I heard anyone speak of using them.

I checked what I believe is their website (http://www.smcenterprises.com/) and I dont see anything but a "Tornado 1000" carving tool... The company logo looks familiar to so I am pretty sure its the correct company.

As far as I recall, SMC is out of business....which sucks for me in the event that i need a pump replaced or some parts serviced.
