Hi Guys,
my AEM W/M hose connecting to the injector nozzle kept popping off recently and ive tried cleaning the small filter and everything inside the Nozzle but it could only last for few runs and its back to same.

Do anyone know what is the problem? Ive tried cut off the hose tip a little and its still doesnt hold.

I would try a different 1/4" high pressure nylon hose and if that doesn't work, get another brands injector holder. I've heard some bad reviews on the AEM kits over the years and went with Devils Own.

 

Hi OkevolutionVIII, thanks for sharing and yes its confirmed the injector holder is the problem. Ive changed to another holder from my Synapse bov holder and the hose no longer pop off.
