This thread is for people to leave their mark if they're going to join in on the convoy from Los Angeles/Orange Country to Fresno on Jan 25th and to help us decide if we go up the 5 (the standard and faster way) or the PCH (more scenic and will make Trance happier). Any suggestions of a meeting place and time would be great too!

IMORTANT: CHANGE IN PLANS: Ok, the meeting place is now Six Flags Magic Mountain at 1:00pm Jan 25th. Meet just outside the entrance to the parking lot (in front of the ride X), we're going to take the 5 to the 99 to get to Fresno. Any questions, PM Link or me.

Link, Magic Mountain wouldn't be the best place since it will be crowded and nobody would pay $7 to get inside the actual parking lot, but somewhere around there is a good idea. I was thinking of my school's far parking lot. It's about 15 miles south of Magic Mountain in Northridge. These places are good if we go up the 5, but if we end up taking the PCH, let me know, I know of some good meeting places for that too.

 

I live up in seattle and I am gonna make my way down there for the meet seeing how i am from the fresno area, A small town outside Visalia called Exeter. It's about 45 minutes south of fresno. Anyways, i think the 101 PCH would be fun, thats a good question on the meeting place? wheres it gonna be? thanks...late!

LOL TOOFAST, this post is for a convoy going from Southern California up to Fresno. If we took the 101, we'd be meeting somwhere around Santa Monica or Malibu. You're more than welcome to meet us there on the 25th, but if you just want to meet us in Fresno, check out the thread for the official meet

and if you do take PCH you take it all the way to my lil beach town then i know a killer backroad that cuts 10 mins off to 41 (unless you take 101 to 41) then it's just 2.5 hours to fresno.
personally i think if you guys take I-5 it'll be quicker...so it's either quickness or funess...your choice
