Send me some flyers via snail mail once you get them made...I'll have the shops around here post em....Modesto Mitsubishi even said I could give them some flyers and they'd hand em out....

 

I thought about making up cards or flyers just for the website, but this is a better idea. Anybody happen to know what font the evolutionm.net logo is in?

edit: ok, I now have flyers for both the meet and for the website in general, and KK gave the ok to pass them out. If anybody wants them, I'll email them as a word doc or snail mail some and you can photo copy them. And if anyone else wants to make their own flyers, by all means go ahead!

 

As I've said b4 I leave 2 minutes from Woodward Park and about 5 minutes from Fresno Mitsubishi. I'll try to get the word out around here.

hopefully it's good news...i'll know in a couple of daysone of my old friends from highschool is a DJ at 97.7 the fox the local classic rock station and may be able to hook us up with a plug and maybe even a live feed from the meet (now i know it's classic rock and not all listen but still a great hook up if i can work it)
shes been on vacation in cabo and just got back so i need to wait on her to reply
also when i'm down there for the holidays i'm gona try and get some swag for a maybe raffle or something
and all my replys from fresno PD and the parks and rec say that we're all legit and good to go as long as we respect the park,parkinglot,and other people at the park...so...

No time for Cabo this trip, but Yelapa was nice. I spent most of my time in Pizota (Playa La Manzanillo), which is a few miles south by sea taxi. No roads. No power. One pitbull. :-)

We'll rebuild a beach house for our friends, Jeannie and Acacia, who worked as the Grateful Dead's housekeeper and cook, respectively. Our Pelapa was blown off by the hurricane, and the Indians who own the land agreed to redo the house completely, in cement and stone, for only $6,000. With two bodegas! The property rent is only $500/year, anyway.

Also, ran into Bert Schneider, (he produced Easy Rider, Bonnie and Clyde, Five Easy Pieces, etc.) who will fund the rebuilding of
the famous Yelapa compound... You might not have been born when he smuggled Huey Newton (Black Panther's Founder) down there before they whisked him off to Cuba...

Bert said about Huey: "If he ain't Mao, I'll eat it!" ;-)
