I'm on my 3rd stock clutch and Jason does a great job. He has the job down and can do it in a few hours to 1/2 day. He even got me in next day to make an autocross race. He also fixed and adjusted a few things for free while he was working on the car. Very pleased with the work.

I paid $ 450, I don't remember if I paid $ 500 last time with a flywheel resurface. You may want to call him. I think the stock disc from RRE is around $ 200.

 

It's good to know of a good place to go for a clutch installation. It's almost like trying to find a good Doctor.

 

I'd recommend Tuning Technologies in Colton, CA. 909-783-1200. Ask for Chris or Alfred. They charge about the same as RRE and you can get an appointment really quickly. The owner has an Evo and has years of DSM experience.

 

One of the owners has an Evo the other owner has a VW which is an acronym for "Very Worthless" just like him. Just kidding-- Alfred just thought I would Al Capown you a lil. BTW good guys and they will hook you up. Also free beer if Smoggy is in the shop.
