saw one with a dealer plate in the Diamond Bar area on the 10 freeway..i didn't notice it until it was driving by me and caught my ear. (sounds great) I think the dealer was just taking it out for a test drive

 

Where the f--k is Diamond Bar?? Also, I think it's b/s that you guys get to see'em on the road and not stop them... Gotta get some additional info on these cars being at certain places before anywhere else... C'mon people, get with the program....

Was it an EVO 8? I was just at the Ontario Mitsu dealer and they got a silver EVO 8 down for the Inland Empire Auto Show at the Ontario Convention Center. The show goes till Sunday. And I already talked to them about buying that car, but I guess it has to go back to Mitsu Corp. I saw it and it looked great. The tires looked pretty used, so this might be the one that some magazines have been testing.

Apparently Ontario is one of the highest volume and best customer rated dealers, so they are getting about 7-8 EVO initially. Too bad they are selling them at $35K. I was there trying to get on their waiting list, and I was told that it doesn't matter if your on the list or not because they plan to sell the cars to whoever shows up first at the dealership with the money. Talk about a bunch of money hungry asses.
