West coast License plate #'s?

in the sclc video i noticed that most of the cali license plate #'s started with a "4". If you live in southern cali whats your plate #? I live in az so mine starts with an "8". Anyways i was just curious.
in Oregon ... it depends on the style you have. If you have an 'oregon trail' plate, it will be LLL NNN (l=letter, n=number) .. such as "YEP 879" ..
If you have a "SL" lisence (Salmon Lover) , its got "SL nnnn"
If you have a "CR" license (Crater Lake), its "CR nnnnn"
If you have an old school "yellow" license, it could be a series of #'s and letters or one just like the oregon trail license.
Here in oregon, we have like 4 different kinds of plates (excluding Dealer, Permanent Fleet, Tralers, RV's and Government).
