I myself, hated here when I first got here 5 years ago from SoCal but I like AZ now, it's very chill and redneck!! lol
Of course the scene is not gonna be as big as the big cities like LA, NY... but we're doing pretty good for what we have.

Theres a show/race event going on this Saturday (12 Nov) from 6pm-1am w/bikini contest, etc.
It all depends on what side of town you live in...Im far as **** from Scottsdale but still make my *** out there to check out some cars, etc.

if there was a car scene here, people wouldn't look at my cars so strangely trying to figure out in their brains what it is that i'm driving. i have seen 1st hand that 6 out of 10 cars in Florida are fast. can't say that about AZ even if you include the trucks...

It's fine here, only thing that sucks is people dont give a crap about anyone elses car give them door dings and ****....

I have been in Phoenix for going on 22 years now. Yea it does suck sometimes but... considering everything, I Would not trade it for anything. Yea its hot but thats why you have a/c. Dont like the seen your in, then you make new friends and go to different places. Inconsiderate people open there doors into your car, well there nothing you really can do about that except write down that license plate numbers of every car you park by. ha ha ha. I dont know about anyone else but i might stop by a few of those places to you your cars cause i just started out and need to get good ideas.
