espelir

I know some one here has one, my question is. Does the exhaust come straight out in the rear, or does it sit at some what of an angle?

Mine is a full 3.17" (80mm) actually. when my exhaust was tested (catless) the idle was @ 103db & 110db @ 3k RPM. it has a small resonator so there is nothing holding the noise back. i threw the silencer away.

Hm, my JGT500 tapered at the cat slightly on my 2003. Did you have custom work to re-flange it?

Well i finally got the Espiler and I love it. I do also think it tapers at the cat orelse it wont bolt up. What i want to know is if anyone has the Espelier DP and what do you think. When i got the catback the DP where on back order.

Any one with the espelir cat back, what Dp are you using and are you using a straight pipe aswell.... feedback pleeeeease...

I have an espilir DP and UR high flow cat, I am installing it this weekend but I hear it clears the ACD fine if you have an 05 evo. I helped my friend put his espilir DP/UR high flow cat on his 03 evo and had no clearance issues and he love the set up. I think my friends exhaust sound even deeper growl than just my cat back if that is any indication of the difference.

i run the Espelir catback with a Helix DP, and now a UR hi flow cat (formerly a UR test pipe). Sounds great, and everything bolts up perfectly, no clearance issues.
