Thought I'd save you the trouble and just post the answer to the questions I had in case anyone else ask.

#1: No idea, i just got them from a guy who had them on his Evo
#2: I would say 60-70%
#3: I need to finish this Full-race turbo kit. Its a high dollar kit, and i should have put the money i spent on the rims toward it...
#4: Fine from what the last owner told me. I havnt ever put them on. Only had them for a week, and the factory lug nuts are the wrong type. Since ime selling them, ime not going to buy new lug nuts....

Hope i answered your questions. I figure ill go public with this sale in a few days or so. I would still like to keep them. But at the same time, i would like to get the turbo i need and finish the darn car. Also doesnt help that i just put a brand new set of 615's on my factory rims....... Happy Hollidays.... ray

More questions:
What condition are the wheels in? Scratched? Etc?
The tires look like 245/40 ZR??
Will there be any rubbing?
Are they balanced already?
Spacers required? Does the 29 offset clear the breaks/etc?
I'm seriously considering them. Would just hate to drive all the way down there to find out they dont fit or clear something/etc.

The wheels are not flawless, but GORGEOUS. No curb rash at all. one buff mark. Thats it. Tires i think are 235 40 zr-18. I never installed. Dont know if rubbing is an issue. The guy i got them from had them on since 03, so i assume they were just fine. There are wheel weights on the rims. I have all the hub centric rings. No spacers required. Just a different set of lug nuts. If 17 clear the brakes, 18 most definately do. They were on an EVO just like yours for 2 years......Thanks Ray

Bump...

Turns out the wheel place couldn't repair them so I guess I'm still looking for a set of stock wheels...let me know if anyone's parting out with any (preferably IX).
