Loop 101 speeding

This is just an interesting article that I found about the speeding cameras on the loop 101 in phoenix. Apparently a lot of people are getting caught and some at ridiculous speeds. I mean these cameras are on a little stretch of the loop 101 yet do some people just ignore them?

well the cameras are only accurate to 165 so if you go 166 or above you're good 2 go.

also az legislation is in session to remove &/or ban cameras on their freeways...

I'm just saying like why would you go that fast when you should know there are cameras there. I guess they are just stupid cuz there is no need to go that fast and risk lives if its not on the track.

if the guy was covering his face...I dont get how they can actually charge you with anything. Suspicion of reckless driving? wtf is that? How the hell is that even a real law? So now a cop can pull you over and say. Your car look suspicious, and because your young im going to cite you for Suspicion of reckless driving?

the camera got his plate. it uses a high speed shutter effective up to 165mph.

he still has plausible deniablilty. They cant actually prove it was him in the car at that exact time. Sure its his car. But maybe he let his friend borrow it, and then his friend let another friend borrow it, and then gave it back to this dudes wife.

Could have been 4 different people.

Last time I checked innoent until proven guilty was the rule

Here in Texas we have red-light cameras and the state has determined your guilty even if you weren't driving the vehicle at that time.So much for the individual being innocent until proven guilty.Your car makes you guilty.

They've done tests in the UK that show some of their cameras on their freeways will clock walls moving at 28mph and other stationary objects up to 70mph. I was driving when I first got down here and a flash went off, going the speed limit, no idea if I got a ticket or not.
