From an outsiders perspective, my experiences with Nissan has been mainly "hey, you're modded, grrrr." But the issues are completely unrelated so they bring it up but they haven't ever mentioned voiding my warranty. But I've been taking it in for minor things like grease on the windows and worn seat bolsters. If it was for something more serious or engine-related I think they might bring it up.

Performance Nissan in Duarte is supposed to be a mod friendly dealer.
