Thinking of going there because I don't feel like driving to Southcoast. Are they dicks that would deny your warranty for using non Mobil1 or using a dropin filter?

is elcajon mitsu really strict about modded evo's coming in for service?

 

dont go to el cajon Mitu. They know $hit about cars. I would never tkae my evo there ever again

 

Ok I went to El Cajon Mitsu for 3k service and they tried to charge me 70-80 bux for an oil change. I said I'll buy the oil filter for 7.50 and I'll go home and do it myself. When I was paying for the filter, some lady was complaining about a dirty penny I used to pay.

Needless to say they suck major ***

 

Yeah NEVER go to el cajon. They have the worst customer service ever. I always go to South coast for everything. I love their service and they know alot about evos. A oil change there is 40bucks. And they always hook it up.
