The pics are taken from the intersection of Broadway and College Ave. in Tempe, near ASU. SRT and other government vehicles are travelling east bound.

Tempe Police also has an older IS300 that they use as a UC car. dark blue, chrome wheels, window tint. if ur radar detector goes crazy with Ka band in the CITY, look for it...
