I wanted to let everyone in the Phoenix and Tucson areas with the '08 Lancers that I found a shop that can install HID kits in our cars with no problems at all. And they look great! You do loose the DRL's so if that's important to you, I guess you better wait until someone figures out how to get around that... which I don't see happening soon. And for all of the cynical people out there... no I don't work for the shop. The place is called P&H Protection and they are located in Chandler. They specialize in clear bras, head/tail light tinting and HID kits. They are a small family owned business so I liked that part right away. The price varies on the kits and how much work is needed to install them. For the '08 Lancers the kits are $350 installed, which I thought was pretty damn good. I am sure he could do other model years as well but you would have to call to get a price. If you would like his contact info send me a pm and I will get it to you. Here are a few more pictures of the HID's from the driver's POV. The actual brightness is of course slightly different from the pics, but these give you an idea of the overall look. The first one is on "Auto" and the second is set to "Night time" mode so it's a bit brighter. Enjoy!
