Sorry, sounds to me like the Evo driver is at fault. He was pulling out onto the road. If he didn't look where he was going, too bad for you.

Sorry to hear about your evo. But glad you are ok. Anyways, not that it's important but it's funny that the "whose fault" question is still not answered.

 

It will probably technically be mine, although lot of people have brought mistakes on her part. It really doesn't matter to me, I am happy both of us walked away. I think we were at the wrong spot at the wrong time. Just pisses me off the question of the cops were, was i racing. Ya I was racing at 5 mph out of my friends driveway.... :-/

damn...waaay late on this...i was at D1 looking for you...i even asked some of the HI guys where you were but no body knew anyway im glad your alright man and congrats on the black evo **** happens bro thats what insurance is for good to hear your up and about.

 

Dude, I feel your pain. I'm pretty sure my EVO was the 1st totaled EVO VIII in the country, not something to be proud of. My wife rolled it when it was two days old (325 miles on it).
It took me 4 months to get the insurance straight and buy another one. I had Black, my 2nd one is Red (you know when your dog dies you don't buy the same one again).
I lost about $1500 plus insurance rates went up.
If you had any mods, be sure to remove them.
I tried to get the salvage rights, but they wanted $10,500 cash to keep the car.

haha ya. thanks.. .. luckily i was able to walk away. although. i am deeply set back on funds because of this action. I will get up once again. One set back.. Just means it will take me some extra work to get back into the game. . Insurance went up a lot.
