Yelofeva is dead.

For those who don't know me. I am Shaun from High Intenzity, and am a fellow Evo owner of the san fernando valley, woodland hills area. I drove a yellow evo. Well on the way leaving my friends house for D1 on sunday morning at 7:40am i was pulling out of my friends driveway, and attempted to take a left into the middle divider lane to go left, when i followed my friend Mr Bubbler. everything goes black.... Next thing you know I am dizzily staring around realizing i need to climb out of the passenger side door since my door won't open. I climb out my passenger door and than, next thing you know i am being strapped to an ambulance board and put in the ambulance where i am taking to a trauma hospital in mission hills.... well without going into detail. i came out of the hospital 3-4 hours later, with minor muscle bruises, and dizzy as hell. From what is known this is what happened, I was pulling out to go left and follow my friend i looked both ways as he began to go and i followed. Well neither me or him seen a minivan that was coming and it tboned my car in the center getting my door and the backseat door. The police say my door was put 18 inches inwards, they don't even know why i wasn't hurt but they said if the car would of hit me a lil more closer to the front, i wouldn't be here. So luckily the big man upstairs had a look out for me. My car i am pretty sure will be considered totalled i took pictures of it and will post a few to show the fallen comrade... honestly its rather depressing to know how things can happen so fast, and how things could of ended so fast without me even having a choice in the matter... now its just time to see how my insurance will fix the issue. My plans will not detour tho even the amount i put in my car i will start again. I will either buy a new yellow evo or a black evo. .. kind of a private matter but its evo related so i figured people would like to hear....

Good thing you're alive to post about it. As long as you've got a life, you have time to worry about what you're gonna drive some other time. When you're dead it doesn't matter what you drove.

Sounds like it was the EVO driver's fault. He didn't see the van. Glad to see he wasn't hurt.

Glad to hear you are ok man. Cars are metal, glass, and rubber and can be replaced. Obviously people aren't. Unbelievable how quickly a good day can turn to a bad day, or your last......... .

Definitely good to hear you survived. Like others are saying cars can be replaced but life can't. If you get another Evo maybe you should get one that stands out. Not some dull hard to see yellow. (Please note: the previous statement was made in a sarcastic manner, therefore should be taken as a joke)

Hopefully things work out and you can come close to breaking even. Hard to do these days with the insurance companies but it can happen.

I feel ya' Shaun. I wreaked my lancer today. I have no transporation to school so im not sure what ill do about that. Glad to see that we both made it out alive. THis must be the accident year for my family. First hector and the atc, then dad with his surgery and me with my crashed lancer. I hate myself today.
