***Official HI Chat Thread***
The goal is to provide new toys in support of Toys for Tots and drop them off at Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station and PARTY!
Nov 28, 2009 Saturday.
Meet up location has changed times will stay the same
Meet-up Place: Ke'ehi Lagoon by the Airport
When: 9:00am
Parking is going to be tight so show up early!
Pick up military passes for the Toy drop off on Base from the event organizer before we leave in waves by clubs from 1130am. Drive any way you want and arrive at the base with passes after 12 noon. Show your pass but have your ID, registration, insurance ready but it's likely you will be waved on by if you arrive in clubs. About 250 to 300+ cars are expected. You will be given a map of where to go at the gate and head over to Hanger 1.
***Each car needs a permit to enter KMCB. Permits will be distributed before departing Keehi Lagoon.
The marines will have-
Large area for parking- you can find a place and park by club
Free music by the Marine band
Food/drinks for sale made by Marine staff/community service volunteers
Clothes and souvenirs for sale supporting our troops.
We will have a Car show and shine- show off your rides. Last show off for the year (No HIN?)
Maybe a raffle for all those who drop off a toy- pick up a ticket in exchange for your donation.
No shade so bring a tent or canopy since we may be outside of Hanger 1.
Stay at Hangar 1 until 3pm then the event ends.
You are free to drop off the toys and go your own way but you can't just drive around on base.
You are responsible for watching all the speed limits and laws getting to the base and while on the base.
This is a completely volunteer and low budget event that benefits the kids.
Thanks for any support you can provide.
So whos down?

Toys 4 Tots. We only seen 5 evos and Iclub showing in force. Not all evos rolled in together but it was one hell of a turn out with over 500 modified cars 3 GTRs a Ferrari and a Aston Marten. So if you had missed out this year, plan to make it next year. Damn evos are turning into trailor queens, garage cars...whats going on? represent!
Anyways here are some pics.

What is going on in hawaii???
I have seen honda, 350Z, G35, mustang, subaru cruise events going on while I have been driving around the island, but never an evo cruise. I haven't seen an cruise being mention here or on club808. (I might be wrong this is just a quick look around the websites a couple times a week) Even for the toys for tots event the Evos didn't show up together. The mustang crew had 36 cars. We can't be out done!
I have been seeing at least one evo a day. So we are here but no one seems to want to be part of the scene?

It is worst here than Va.
Not trying to start a pissing contest, just trying to figure out what is going on here.

my bad. but i did buy a toy, and will probably donate it to the t4t at my work here. i went at 830 - 845 ish and no one was there. i feel like a butt.
