Hey guys,
Just started developing a web site as soon as I got home from the meet tonight.
Its EvoHawaii
And I'm going to develop this in conjunction with Fallen.
Primarily the site is only for the Hawaii crowd so nothing too big. It will NOT take away what EvolutionM.net is for us here but EvoHawaii will be more geared towards archiving in a centralized place of what we have done together as a community and to kind of reach out to other people. That way we don't have to dig through hundreds of pages to find content on our history and things that are going on.
Going to have Photo's of our Meet & Greets/BBQ's/Outings (whatever you wanna name it). Place for Videos to be posted too. Also have Event Notifications like what we going to do next as a community with our Meets or Special Occasions with detailed information and mapping. And in rare situations when we need an RSVP system, we can do it through here for ease.
I was thinking about also doing Featured Cars/Owners Interview called "EvoHawaii Vehicle Owners" or EVO for short (duh). This we can have maybe a monthly Feature Vehicle where everyone will have a chance to have a written interview with preset questions to answer about your car and have photos & specs posted there?
Again, it's not to take away what EvolutionM.net has for us here already, it's just an extension and archiving/mirroring of what we have here with a bit of extras. All primary communication still be done through these forums.
Gonna get a Facebook Page going as well since everyone uses it and will be more extensive to reach out to most guys around the isle. Have already a twitter feed going @EvoHawaii so if and when we ready to get things really rolling this'll be a great addition.
Let me or fallen know what you guys think about this should we continue or not.

Lil teaser-ish... just slappin' the basics together for the overhaul.
