Ray and Mark, may be Jason still has his Evo 9 lip but not sure if his was a non SE lip
The SE lip's lower portion goes in further than the non SE, the CS lip has that same groove so it will not fit. I'm sure there are a few 9 Lips out here non SE

Also, i do have a gsr non se evo9! Which lip does he have? If he has the se-mr then he has to remove or modify the anti-lift kit. Its this plastic stuff thats atached to the lip and undertray. Has to be removed! If you have a mr se......then you need a different lip like rhe pic above! You will also have to remove the anti-lift kit, as you have to buy different brackets for the new lip
Do a search for anti-lift kit and you will see pics of what i am talking about. I might be able to show you with mine and yours sometime what the difference is. My voltex lip jist covers my stock lip. I never took it off!
