hey mark... out of curiosity, when u got the carbon fiber hood did it seem heavier then the stock hood? as far as ive understood, the stock hood on my 8 is supposed to be about 1lb lighter then the carbon fiber...

I'm pretty sure both carbon trunks and hood are a little heavier than stock. Got them for cosmetic purposes....

trunk too? huh. and to wrap it would b pointless because it would add just about the same weight that the carbon fiber would already have, just cheaper no?

Theyre the same weight?
Thats hard to believe cause my CF hood feels a lot lighter than a stock one and everytime i open my CF trunk, it flies open.
Im scared that it might break one day cause it rebounds off the bar so much......

I will be in a vendor booth so I probably wont be. I think Flo is helping with event setup so im sure he will be there early as well, but maybe you could meet up with dennis?
