I'm planing on showing up to hang on the 31st. I have no confidence in my ralliarts brakes and current tire set up to run. I'm planning a bbk upgrade, transmission clutch plate change, oil and transmission cooler, and thermostat replacement this summer to actually push the power the car is capable of so I can be competitive in the class I think I'd be in. I'm thinking I might be the only ralliart there with an
evo x turbo and other goodies. also sorry I maintain a light lurker status. I try to post more but projects drown me.

Dude that would be awesome. Get a bunch of evos for next season of scca. Id so be down! Anyways when is the next meet lol i need some evo owners help solving this problem im having. Anytime im turning left it makes a burring sound, kinda like a propeller airplane. Most noticable at highway speeds.

 

hmmm. blinker fluid maybe? maybe your muffler bearings went out! had to change mine last week. kidding. that sounds weird. Is it like a vibration sound or what?

Yep that's what I did. I got a set of 9 rims and put some kumho V710. Huge difference from street tires. Easily takes seconds off your laps. Two other great mods are a bigger rear sway bar and a Schroth racing belt to keep you locked in. My car has been out this season, but I'll be back next season. I'll be changing from BSP to EM. Hope to see more Evos next season.

I love my potenza's they are awesome on the street, but they havn't been tested on an actual track yet though. I know I can wot 1st,2nd and 3rd gear in the rain and not even spin half an inch
