seven runs tonight,and i think joe had 20 or so his car is the best evo i've seen from here.over 60 lunches,and everywhere in the 12's even with 19's on amazing car/driver.

took a break until midnight
3.13.9 @ 99 1.9x 60ft solo run
4.14.1 @ 97 1.9x 60ft raced a dodge hemi 1500 truck
went to the stands to watch some more action
5.14.7 @ xxx 1.82 60ft raced corey,and was kicking his ***,until i riced my stuff in 4th.would of be the best run of the night.d'oh
6.13.8 @xxx 1.88 60ft rematch with corey.got him off the line,and then corey ran his best run of the night with a 13.5
went back to watch james and crazy unstoppable joe run 12's for bout 30 mins.jame's car did the best it has with a 12.1.soooo close to 11's.can't wait to see it.went back to race 1 last time
7. the we didn't time ya run i think i could've of been a 12.9 but we'll never now.i think i had a 1.5 60ft also on that run
anywayz,the thing i wanted to check out mainly tonight was the tires/rims set up diffenece,which IMO is nothing.joes also helped with running 12's with 19's on the car.so if anybody in here ever think like "i think i need different rims/tires to run faster" think again.another theory i have is tune/untune.around a year ago, i was running low low 13's with just a different FMIC/mail in flash.so to run high 13's with almost the same is a fact i think.but then again i had a stock clutch that felt like it shifted better or at least, i shifted faster in my mine.i think i can get them low 13's again with just a flash with my current set up also if i wanted to do it.

anywayz,i don't think i'm going to run in the subie/evo battle in 2 weeks.my car can't hang.i rather have joe/james/alex/corey/jesse with there newly found tunes to go out there,and not even let them have any say after killing them on the track.my car/myself will give them the "i can beat them" belief,and i don't want that in there minds on the 22nd. i'll just be on the side lines talking ****,and cheering you guys all on to break them 12's.that's my story of tonight, whoever wants to run the autoX tomorrow night, post up or call me

 

Here's how my night went from the driver seat...
60ft around 1.8 to 2.1
1. 13.8 @ 106 w/18psi
2. 13.6 @ 107 w/17psi
3. DNF @ ???? w/30+psi (Blew my I/C Piping hose off... Crazy!! Everyone thought I broke something.. I like the attention .. everyone looking at me trying to get off the track for like 3 mins..Note to self: Dont listen to Corey about turning my boost way up just cause I have 100 oct.. LoL..)
4 through 20. got better everytime and stayed consistent in the 12s when I gone in there. Best was 12.7 @108 w/23 psi

And Jon i think I'm better off running with my 17s cause less revolutions which means gets off the line faster and better grippy tires.. my 19s were used cause i wanted to know too if there was a big diff.. not much but I know I would of hit 12.2 maybe 12.1 with James @ 114mph.. I had to launch at higher RPMs than on my 17s.. So when that match up with the Subies comes up.. Its going to take me awhile to get adjusted to the track and with my settings on my boost controller..

Many an Evo and SRT4 at TT today. Even saw the enemy STI. Gonzo u should of went another PSI. Stock turbo power levels is not going to blow the stock headstuds and blow the gasket. One more PSI and test pipe and Gonzo could of got 20 more whp. P ussy! LOL

 

John's Evo is nice snack for the Stis. John u need to step up your game. U having game like the Clippers is gettin old.
