i can get jethot ceraimc coatings for a 4 cly manifold for 120 plus shipping and 1 week turn around.

i bought the ebay manifold and sent it to be coated it looks nice and i think it will help my spool when i install it.i also have the ssautochrome intercooler kit (its a bitc h to install)but it works so well same cooler ams is using pretty much.

 

what makes these pieces cheap crap. couldnt u say the same thing about megan racing and helix products when they first was made????? people just took the risk on those products and they ended up being good. so why cant ssautochrome stuff be just as good. answer me that smart ***

 

ive seen a megan and an ebay turbo outlet/manifold side by side and if i had mixed them up i never would have been able to tell the difference.

 

plus u gotta figure if any of these pieces break or crack. its way cheaper than buyin the pieces seperate. 180 for both pierces. compared to close to 200 for each piece buy its self. so as long as one piece holds up and dont crack i got my money worth. im positive that the o2 housing will be cool, but it already known that stainless steel manifolds are known to crack n-e-wayz. so buyin one is a risk all its own. sh*t i heard about DC Sports headers cracking. and they gotta be the most popular headers in the tuner world.

Sh*t that full race manifold is 1000 and comes wit a lifetime warranty. why??? cuz the company knows that manifolds are prone to crack

 

my only question is what is an ebay manifold???? does ebay have a motor division that makes parts???? cuz the part im bidding on is not made by ebay. its made by ssautochrome. they only thing is their selling their stuff on ebay.

so im guessing if i ever buy anything else on ebay its then becomes an "ebay product"??? cuz i swear that ebay didnt sell anything. its was a place that people could buy sh*t from.

 

I was wondering if anyone would ever buy that intercooler. I'd like to see your car get tuned with that and see the results. I know AMS said it was crap, but I'd like to see if it really is.

 

i just tossed it on and test drove it a little. the turbo responds sooner and flows way better than stock and acorrding to the obd scantool air temp dropped 30-40 deg.my car runs great with no tune but i am soon to get dyno flashed.i have to say it doesnt fit very well, it bolted up fine but the pips are all crookedish and you have to reuse the inlet and outlet hoses from the stock cooler.the cooler itself is really nice thogh bar and platecore polished end tanks.the lower pipe is steel and not the nier aluminium.

 

DC Sports is not big for evos only Honda and Acura.

 

By the way has anyone seen that thread on the new Helix Ti catback??? It looks like crap imo.
