Just wanted to know what tires of you guys runing? I'm in the market right now for 245/40/17. Everyone tells me that the falken azenies rt615 is the way to go for daily driving and also perform well in track/streets. How are these badboys in the rain? Well any recommendations would be great!

 

I like my stock tires.

 

I use cheap BFG KDW. I have run 2 auto-x on them and they slide a bit. But the wear for daily driving is great. I think I paid around 140 a piece.

 

Getting my tax return here in a couple of weeks. New clutch? HKS 272 cams? I am thinking about getting one of those Exedy stage 1 organic clutches. I dont drag race so I think it may be a good decision. If I get the cams and my AEM installed I will hit the track one night for some time slips.

In other news...I sent another email to Doug's Dyno Performance asking how it was coming along. Dyno is still being installed, sounds like a few more weeks.

 

Get the cams. Clutches are overrated....

 

+1 on the cams. Go with 264/272 since you autox.

Or you could try the 272 264 setup. Proven to make some serious torque. Jesse and Rene both have that setup and make like 50 more ft lbs of torque than me.

 

Go ACT Clutch

 

ACT sucks imo, but it is one of the cheaper choices.
