Actually it was not pilot it was a propane company in the same area. They evacuateda 5 mile radius and closed down I-15 it burned for like 2 days almost.

 

You could see the fire from my balcony. Now they are saying it was human error that caused the explosion.

It was a 1/2 mile radius evac at first then a 1 mile. I should know this because I couldn't get back to my house Friday night. Saturday they started letting everyone back to their homes. I just got back today. Stayed at the Cannery for two nights.

 

AmeriGas that's no surprise...

I just moved from Ohio this December and an AmeriGas place in Willoughby,OH went up in smoke back in July 2000...

OSHA spanked them for 5 safety violations that caused the inccedent with heavy fines on top of the $5 million in damages the fire caused...

...guess it proves that you should BBQ with charcoal
