Hey vegas peeps, need some help on two fronts:
First, I need a group of about 5 reliable volunteers to help out with event organization at the National meet. Events I need help with include the show, dyno competition, red rock cruise, and possible the road course at spring mountain. PM me if you can do this and will be able to be at these events.
Second, does anyone know where to rent camera gear in Vegas. I need to get a canon L glass IS telephoto, preferably a 70-200 F2.8 IS to shoot the race, and possible some extra flashes. Thanks

Ok, does this sound like a familiar problem for anyone?
I start the car and it idles fine. I go into first and start moving and that's fine too. While in second, it'll start spooling at like 3100rpm, but even by 6000 I still haven't hit 22psi like normal. Sometimes it will stop at 15 and just sit there, other times it will spike up to 22, then come back down to about 17. It's totally intermittent.
Something else it is doing is sometimes when I am going fast, the engine will speed up all by itself, without me pressing the accelerator any or doing anything else. Like I was exiting the 15 the other night and when I started to get on the ramp, for no reason it shot up to about 6000rpm (I was at about 4000) but the boost didn't increase, my speed didn't increase and I hadn't pressed any further on the gas.
I don't really drive hard very much, as you guys all know. The only thing I have done differently is I put in a full tank of 100oct like last week and turned the boost up just slightly. It was doing fine even after I did that though, then when that tank got down to E, I turned the boost back down to where it normally is for when I put 91 back in. The stuff I just talked about started happening about maybe halfway through the tank of 100oct.
Any ideas?
