what is a good tranmission fluid for evo ix 5 speed any experience or what your recomment ?

i have heard about AMS oli and MT-90 or which one is better than both of them ?

I used BG Syncroshift II when I had the EVO. Worked well enough I guess. It's fully synthetic.

Sat 12-2PM Open
Sat 2-4PM Booked - Ohsobaked (EvoM)
Sat 4-6PM Open

Sun 8-12AM Booked - Tom Perkins Boulder City (Cad XLR & Merc SLR)
Sun 2-4PM Open
