anybody going to the meet tonight?

 

anyone know why my rpms jump like the car wants to turn off when i run my ac. i just got a buschur intake pipe and it has no nipple for the valve cover connection. could that be it . or could my mini battery be not strong enough to run with my ac on.?

me too , it because the cams ( cossie 272 ) they are very aggressive cams

and i adjust the idel a bit and now it's better than before. but the car still want to

turn off but less than b4. and i think this is the way how it does if you got the cams

it's very aggressive. and i need know how to figure out and i have the same problem

if anyone how to figure out that would be cool

well this problem didnt really start happening until after the buschur pipe where the connection from the valve cover was missing . i also run 272 cams and before i was able to run the ac with stock battery and injen intake now it sucks , not that i run the ac anyways unless i have company like my lady. oh well

Hey everyone, I'm new to the scene. Just bought an 03 BBY Evo, and I love it! Although I can already tell its going to be just like my 99 GSX was....

EDIT: Also, I have an HID bulb out on the driver side. Where can I find a replacement bulb? I'm sorry to sound n00bish, but this is my first HID car, and all I have found on here so far is that it is an D2S bulb? Any help would be appreciated.

 

hey matt. i think i saw an oem replacement bulb on lancershop.com maybe like 170 bucks. also i have a few performance parts for sale too. like ic pipes and some exhaust parts that i can let go for a good price if your interested.BTW welcome to the site

 

Might want to buy two bulbs. The other might be on it's way out too.

 

I appreciate it, but the car already has a custom 3 inch exhaust on it. Are there Evo meets around here? Back when I lived in Minnesota I always went to the DSM meets, just curious if theres a pretty big scene out here or not.

 

there is a meet on Thursday at the inn & out on sahara. kind of hit or miss on how many people show up anymore. I still blame jesse for selling his car and buying the beemer. I'm almost always there at least for a little bit
