I had a ACT 2900 in my old DSM and it was a pretty hefty workout. The extreme pressure plate is rated at 3200 lbs of clamping force, and it takes a decent effort to work it. Sucks in traffic. Lol.

i had a new carbonetic twin disc ready for the car, but had to sell it (needed money at that time)......i could afford to buy another twin disc but people told me the act hdss setup was good enough for my plans.....i have swapped out alot of clutches on evo's already and i know the only one that holds up for the power is the twin disc but also breaks the bank acct .....

Twins chatter at idle a lot. Just happens with the 2 free floating discs.

It just needs to be adjusted is all. That's an old issue people used to have I personally really never had it with and of my ACT clutches and I had two of them.
