any legal guru's here ? i've been reading the nv divorce laws and i'm a little confused. Do i have to prove adultery on her part or can i just claim that it happened ? I know you can file for "irreconcilable differences" and other ish, but i was wondering about having to prove she cheated.

I'm trying to get an appointment tomorrow for a lawyer just in case

 

when i got divorced i went to this place that is for divorce fathers . it cost maybe 200 and thats a donation, not counting the court fees of course but YOU do all the filing and you have to find someone to serve her the papers

 

if you are seperating and not fighting over any possesions then use the differences line... if she is tryin to take anything then you have to prove she cheated and you'll need a lawyer for that.
