Got pull over by NLVPD !!! I just driving at the speed limit ( for once) Didn't notice the cop behind me at the intersection of craig and losee. Next thing light and sirene goes off I pulled over and the cops is asking me do I know why he pull me over? No Sir ! Well you know you have an Illegal muffler! Back up caming and they were looking at my exhaust and I was like chyt I have test pipe! after 5 min of checking the exhaust he said , you should think about changing your exhaust b/c it 400$ ticket and let me go Thank God

Yeah I know i didn't think it was gone to be 400$ On top of that he ask how long i had the car and if i got pull over for this reason!!! 2 year I had the evo never got pull for that reason and had that exhaust since 2003! I think he was just looking for something

I don't know how the weather is going to be Saturday, but just a reminder that there is a car show at the Valley Auto Mall.

Saturday Feb. 27th from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. It's on the corner of Automall Drive and Kelso Dunes Road. It's $10 to enter, they have awards, t-shirts, and a raffle. You don't have to enter if you just want to come and hang out. I hope the weather is decent so you guys and girls can make it out!

 

I'm hoping we all meet up north on the 95 at a gas station around 10.. ride up there and get there by 11.. cook and eat.. and have the ability to leave by 1-2..

thats exactly why im installing a hi-flow ur cat tommorow and ditching my test pipe not worth the ticket, any one wanna trade test pipe for oem intake, filter and hardware?

 

does the hi flow really make that much of a noise difference..?

 

^^^ yeah i had one on my wrx a few years back and it was night and day. personally i'm over the test pipe/ loud exhaust phase. i just happend to buy a car with a test pipe, header, dp so i cant go back to a oem set up. It was a good deal. it was cool the first month then i got sick of the headaches from the fumes and the noise. I work next to f-15s all day last thing i wanna deal with is loud exhaust and on top of that getting messed with by cops
