When I get caught off boost yeah you can tell the difference. Fifth gear below 3500 rpms is slow. Geo Metros will pass you and you can be at full throttle forever. Just downshift and reel in Exotics.

Correct. That is what I am thinking. I think Shiv could of got me to 500 whp but i was telling him that 494 was good enough and he agreed. Guy with AEM and strocker kit locally only made 507 whp with alot of the supporting mods I don't possess.

Most guys get roadrace tunes and that includes me. Al and Buscher make those huge #s with aggressive drag race tunes. Not your everyday driver type of thing.
Don't believe the hype of those big #s being safe tunes because that is BS. Corey should be runnin 11.65s if that was the case.

29500 bra. 1st clutch out at 2700 miles and Clutch master stage 3 grinded gears/slow shifting and slipped when launching. Dumped it at 5000 miles. So 7 g on car and went through two clutches. No more street practice after that and slipping the twin has resulted in no TC failure. BTW My tranny was ***ed my first 5000 miles. Too much abuse from experimentation on street launhing.
