Shaving a 1/2 sec is doable but not as easy as just adding parts. Proper tuning and parts might work but be advised sometimes what seems like a great tune does not correlate to quick times at the track. Fifty more whp might make his launching a lil more difficult and something he might have to get used to.

Hey I ran low 12s with 340 whp at 110-112 mph and know with 100+ whp more I have a traction limited best of 11.9 at 120 mph. I am living proof that significantly more power does not equal significantly lower times.

I'll be getting my car tuned at Tuning Technologies @ Colton this Tues.. I'll still be rollin on 19" cause they said some celebrity is going to be there for the next MM cause they are making a show.. and LVMS will be the first show of the season.. not sure what it involves but I bet they probably want some nice rides out there.. then the week after that is Thurs Street Wars.. and I'll be rolling with my 17" stocks..

Are you sure that's all they weigh? The stock wheels weigh more than that. I think it was 23 or 24lbs a rim.
