I need to get some warranty work done on my X. Gotta fix that oil leak from the timing chain cover. Can anyone recc. a dealer in the San Jose CA area? Someone that also cares about your car. Thanks

San Jose has Capital Mitsu, and Stevens Creek Mitsu I believe both dealers are owned by the same owner. Both dealerships especially Stevens creek Mitsu have terrible managment, and sales teams they have terrible customer service rip people off, and don't back their warrantys too well. If I had to choose 1 or the other I'd choose Capitol(this is if I had to choose). If you have the time Fairfield is awsome, and I've also heard San Mateo isn't bad. Fairfield is a bit far though, so I may be going to San Mateo when I need service done.

 

Correct about the owners being the same.
idk about the dealership too much, the sale team was coo but seemed a bit sketchy imo when i picked up my Ralliart.
but yeah i think Capitol is prolly your best bet bro.

Just found this thread regarding dealership recommendations, but the last post is pretty old. Any more recent experiences? I noticed on the Mitsubishi Motors web site that Concord is a "Diamond Chapter of Excellence" award winner. I've heard on other forums that Capitol in San Jose is still pretty bad.

 

no on capitol dealership. Stevens Creek no longer exist. but what unowned said go the Concord or San Rafael

I've gone to Concord Mitsu for all my waranty and regular service work...great guys .. never given me a hard time...
