The reason we want to invite others so that we can get our own private run group so we can choose who runs vs who. We would also get our own pit area and parking area.

That was a little harsh... seriously though ricardon has a point especially with this meet as attendance will have to be accurate if we are going to reserve the track! If you have to back out you have to but try to give at least 3 days notice so things can get worked out. Please just don't show as this will have a negative impact on events like these in the future! Well some people said they were gonna go earlier in the thread and weren't added.
