If at anytime any member wishes to organize a meeting please do not hesitate. Feel free to post your ideas and plans in this thread or better yet post a link. You DO NOT require my approval. All I ask is that you represent us(SCLC) well and encourage newcomers to attend. Just keep in mind that "official" SCLC meetings will always be on the third Saturday of the month unless uncontrollable circumstances arises. Members who want organize "official" SCLC meetings are more then welcomed to; meaning your ideas, your plans, your location. Be sure to let me know in advance so I don't have to plan anything.
It was good to see alot of new faces at our last meet. Thanks for attending. Members who ordered shirts can pick them up at our next meet.

Look, Richard, none of us think of you as anybody special
but I feel that the club will run the smoothest if there is a leader, or President if you will, to settle all decisions. Your respect and involvement make you a natural candidate as the SCLC president. All in favor of this nomination, post

Meeting is still slated for the 21st of December. "Uncontrollable circumstances" generally refers to weather conditions, current financial situation, # of attendance, acts of God etc. To clarify, I never said I didn't want to be Prez, my previous replies is an attempt to get members actively involved in the club aside from the regular meetings. For instance, the Neptunes Net meeting is a good example of members being active which in turn brought alot of new faces to our last meeting. Mission accomplished. But enough of this public announcement. I will post info on the upcomming meet in a couple of weeks. STAY TUNED! Tite pix rally_69. thanks.

yea, the huntington beach meet was like our 2nd so we were small. we get better turnouts now. atleast 10 Lancers per meet. but yea, that burger i ate must've tainted with an extra helping of ecoli or sumthin.
