Does anyone know the torque pattern for the exhaust manifold?TY

 

manifold to turbo is 38+-3ftlbs., manifold to engine is 36+-4 ft lbs. Doesnt say anything about any patterns.

 

id say as long as you criss cross like a tire you should be ok.

No it goes from the big bolts first then the top outside to bottom outside then top outside to bottom inside. That works the best.

Also yes harley I need to change my fluids too just deciding if i want to spend the money yet.

Where did you get the service manual from and how much?? Been looking for a week or so for one. I always thought it was inside out. I was way off...

 

Theres alink for 1 here but it still isn't complete but the closest I've found...I usually search service sheets on here to find what I need.

i have th workshop CD for the VIII and IX., got it from ebay., you guys can copy it if you ike but i dont have a CD burner tho.....

Not sure what just the manifold porting did on my car but Andy the dyno tuner commented on how impressed he was how quickly it spooled,26#'s at 3100rpm, which I credit to the porting of manifold and hotside.He also was impressed w/ the power it made.
