The thinner air might make it drop boost. I moved here from Atlanta and was set at 21psi there. When i came here i didnt have to fool with the MBC. It was still hitting 21psi. The only difference was my boost gauge idles at 15 in. Hg instead of 20.

I had a stutter at high RPM's too and i just changed the plugs and that fixed it.

Also do some logs if you can and see if your getting any knock.

+1 on back tracking... could be the change in weather too. Did you get your boost limit taken out?

Update: just changed out my iridium plugs for copper ones. Pretty sure it fixed the problem. Had a friend help me troubleshoot and noticed one of the plugs had carbon tracing (I think) on it causing misfires. Hope it clears up the problem n thanks for everyones help!
