Reno Area anybody?
Which meet? The meet last month was cancelled... good thing cause it snowed that night. The scca open track was really fun, but I only saw jinx there. Are you guys meeting up for the next fallon drags? I won't be making it.
i dont think its worth it. ive got 20k miles and 100+ launches on the stocker with the pill in. still grabs good. a clutch line is a good purchase though but its a biznatch to put in. that pill helps slip that clutch under hard launches; protecting the rest of the drivetrain.
hey guys, my buddy's got a set of brand new evo 8 HKS 272's brand new in box for 630 out the door. also he's got a set of used DSM HKS 272's with only about 100 miles for 500. pm me if you want em.
I'd be tempted, but due to my price crunch im going with GSC S1's. If for some reason, with shipping, the GSC ends up being more than ill snap these up.
Might wanna give john kong a buzz i think he is shopping around for cams.
I believe its steel braided, so it won't flex or wear out giving you better clutch feel. Not 100% sure how it can lead to a longer clutch life, but I believe it has to do with a smoother fluid flow due to the less flexing of the line.
Does anyone know where I can get an alarm done TOMORROW or SATURDAY? It needs to be done this weekend. The Best Buy on Virgina isn't going to be able to do it until the weekend I leave for GA. I'm calling the Best Buy in Spanish Springs tomorrow when they open to see if they can do it, but are there any other reputable shops here in Reno that can do it? I know theres a audio shop right off of Virgina near where I live (not sure of the name) but thats the only shop I know.

I'd assume this is a modified solenoid similar to what GST offers to control boost via ECUFlash? What kind of troubles are you having with it? You can probably keep the solenoid in and fix boost issues via ECUFlash. Or, you should consider a mbc. After attempting to tinker with ECU based boost control, I've switched to mbc and I like it better.
GST in the bay area does a lot of the ecu-boost tuning, so they'd be your best bet. And I'm sure Modified locally could help you out too. If you have a laptop and some sleepless nights, there are a ton of info on the subject here on evom in the ecuflash section. You might also want to PM razorlabs (Bryan from GST) to get some ideas on what you can do to get your car running proper.
