Been kind of dead....Anyway who will be making Fallon for friday nite drags? I will not be able. car is still down and have to work.

My luck I will break the tranny on the first event and be down the whole summer again... On a side note Jeremy will be running in the Virginia City hill climb next weekend..I have a feeling a lot of rich people in Ferrari's are going to get butt hurt.

 

Tell Jeremy to come out and do some racing against real competition sometime....

The Virginia City hill climb was a blast! Nothing quite like it and I always hoped I could get a chance to run it ever since I moved here.The hill climb is the 5.2 mile truck route going up the backside of VC. There was a pretty wide variety of cars there including obviously lots of Ferraris, late model and old school fords , corvettes , Porsches ,Bmers, noble 400, ultima, viper,lister etc. There were 2 major accidents but no one was hurt.A yellow ferrari which blew his left rear tire,ran into a cliff,flipped upside down and burned to the ground, and a burgandy zo6 which ran into a tree.

I think I did really good and got 3rd place in brand x class w/ time of 3minutes and 32seconds(average speed of 94 mph), 2nd was the race porsche w/ a big wing at 3.28, and 1st was a Noble 400 w/ a 3.27... one of the cars that wrecked,the yellow race ferrari, had a best of 3.26, the fastest time ran was a old shelby ford w/ a 3.25(average speed of 96mph). This weekend has been the most fun I think Ive had in my car yet! Hopefully more evo's will show up next year.

So ferrari's and race preped turbo porsches on full slicks are not real competition?
Oh thanks for the rides Jeremy. Your car is just going to be F'ing crazy on those other tires you want to use.
If I can get my car right I will be giving the hill climb a shot next year.
