God that sucks. I got rear ended on Wednesday so I share your pain. Mine is not too bad though so I think it will look great when they fix it. How bad was yours?

Man, that's not cool. I wish I could even afford an Evo VIII, so I still feel the pain. If I just got an Evo VIII and I got rear ended, i'd be pretty p-oed.

Sorry to hear about the misfortune. Good luck on getting it back into shape.

If you've noticed, a lot of accidents are rear-enders. That's because our brakes are so much better than 99% of the cars out there. I've taken to tapping the brakes lightly when I am starting to slow down to give the people behind me a heads-up. Dumb-asses need to put the cell phone and the Starbucks down and pay attention...

I got hit in the rear... replace as much as you can since insurence will be paying might as well make it new. I took mine to the dealer and they have good body shops.

Rear End

I got rear ended Labor Day weekend by a Grand Am in log jam traffic. I also had a gap between the rear bumper and the trunk. I could see that the hangers that connect the bumper were broken and I figured it would be a simple repair.

The body shop had to take all of the lining out of the trunk to repair the rear section. It crumpled from a 5 mph hit and the shop had to smash it flat again.

Go to your local Benz, Porsche or BMW dealership and find the body shop that they use. The shop will be used to repairing cars to the standards of those customers.

The shop I used is in the computer system of both GEICO and State Farm. The shop was allowed to make their own quote and submit directly to the insurance company for repayment. I got rearended and it didn't cost me a dime. Got a free rental too.

Find an equivalent body shop in your area. The old lady's insurance should be paying. Your car will be good as new in no time.

Our hazard light button is right in the middle of the dash. I hit it as soon as I see that heavy braking is required.

This is probably late but well worth the info...in San Dimas, there is a shop called L&G Enterprises. They due lots of custom work and bodykits, the best shop to go to for auto repairs and paint jobs.

check it out, you wont be sorry. they fixed my car more than perfect and im really **** about my car...its better than b4.
