Ya I love white and the blue. It would all just have to depend on the condition of the car, mileage and cost when it would all come down to it. I just love both colors and would be happy with ether

They feel awesome at this and the stock motor can handle this just fine too I would love to have one running around 11ish psi thats about the make you would want to go on the stock motor and thats pushing high 400'S whp

Spool is pretty darn good, can't complain too much for such a decent sized turbo.

I'm tuning with ECUflash and evoscan, currently running tephramod V7 and ECU controlled boost with a grimmspeed 3port BCS.

Here's a screen grab from a log when I was playing around with the BCS after I installed it, you can see the turbo hit 30 psi at 5k, even though I had the wastegate already starting to open at that point. This was in 3rd when it was still almost 90 outside, and I've done pretty much zero real tuning at this point. I was just seeing how quick I could get it to spool to 26psi (which is what I think I'll run on 91, but I'm not sure yet )

I've got to get back into Evo tuning. After getting it back together hehe ...

ya ...

As a general concept (not saying you're doing 'bad' right now), is just remember that "psi" in your intake tract is not a definite indicator of "flow." Sometimes all that extra psi is doing is showing the heat in the compressed air.

Quick spool is therefore not directly how fast you can get to a certain psi, its how quickly the "flow" can start.

Yah not really planning on running 30psi, if I was going to run E85 or something, but once I start putting timing back into the tune and pulling the AFR's into something decent there's not much chance that'd work out real well on 91... but who knows. The new intercooler I have on does about a million times better at cooling the intake charge than the stock one did though.

In fact one of the reasons it spools so quick right now is I'm running such low timing with such rich AFRs. This turbo would be pretty happy at 30psi though, that's definitely not out of it's range.
